Architecture
HOK designed three curving towers shaped like tongues of flame, joined by a shared podium. Each tower has its own purpose, but together they read as a single image of fire.

Architecture
Construction began in 2007 and was completed in 2012. HOK served as architect, DIA Holdings as design-build contractor and Hill International as project manager.
The curving forms demanded complex engineering — the frame, the facade systems and thousands of LED modules.
